Should there be issues like blank screens or non-responsive buttons, please ensure your device's software is updated:
For Safari on your iPhone or iPad:
- Go to your Settings
- Tap General on the left
- On the right tap Software Update
- Tap Download and Install
For Google Chrome on your phone or tablet:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app
- On the top left, tap Menu - My apps & games
- Under Updates, find Chrome
- Next to Chrome, tap Update
For Google Chrome on your computer/laptop:
- Open Google Chrome
- Click the three dots on the top right corner
- Click Help - About Google Chrome
- If there is a software update available, please download and install
If the software update has been available for several days, you will see an up arrow (green, orange or red depending on how long it has been available) on the top right of your screen instead of the three dots.
Simply click the arrow and allow the update.
If your software is already updated, follow the steps below:
For Safari on your iPhone or iPad:
- Go to your Settings
- Tap Safari on the left
- On the right disable Block Pop-ups
- On the right disable Block All Cookies
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Advanced
- Enable Javascript
- Go one step back and tap Clear History and Website Data - tap Clear
- Restart your device
For Google Chrome on your phone or tablet:
- Open Google Chrome
- Tap the three dots on the top right corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap Site Settings
- Tap Cookies - enable Cookies, disable Block third-party cookies
- Go one step back and allow:
- JavaScript
- Pop-ups
- Ads
- Go back to Settings overview and tap Privacy
- Tap Clear browsing data
- Tap Advanced, for Time range select last 24 hours, tick the first three boxes
- Tap Clear data
- Restart your device
For Google Chrome on your computer/laptop:
- Open Google Chrome
- Click the three dots on the top right corner
- Click Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced
- Under Privacy and security click Site settings
- Click Cookies and site data and allow cookies - it should look like below:
- Go one step back and allow:
- JavaScript
- Pop-ups and redirect
- Ads
- Go out of site settings and click Clear Browsing Data
- Adjust the settings as per below and click Clear Data
- Restart your computer/laptop
