Website logs me out frequently:
- Ensure you are using the same web browser every time you access the homepage - e.g. if you logged in via Google Chrome, please use Google Chrome the next time when you wish to access your subscription
- When accessing articles via Facebook or your email account, those apps will use an "in app browser" to lead you to the homepage which is different from the original browser you used before - therefore you might be logged out
To access articles from Facebook or your email account please follow the steps below:
For Google Chrome on your phone or tablet:
- Articles on Facebook or your email account will lead you to the homepage via their own in-app browser
- When you are on the homepage and you see Login and Subscribe:
- tap the three horizontal dots on the top right corner of your screen
- tap Open in Chrome
- the homepage will now re-open in Chrome and you should be logged in
For Safari on your iPhone or iPad:
- Articles on Facebook or your email account will lead you to the homepage via their own in-app browser
- When you are on the homepage and you see Login and Subscribe:
- tap the three horizontal dots on the top right corner of your screen
- tap Open in Safari
- the homepage will now re-open in Safari and you should be logged in
