When logging in on the homepage you can tick Remember me on this device - your device should save your login details:
If this does not work please follow the below steps:
For Google Chrome on your computer/laptop:
- Open Google Chrome and click the three dots on the very top right corner of your screen
- Click Settings
- Under AutoFill click Passwords
- Enable Offer to save passwords and Auto Sign
- Under View and manage saved passwords you can add, delete and edit your details.
For Google Chrome on your phone or tablet:
- Open Google Chrome on your device
- Tap the three dots on the top right corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap Passwords
- Enable Save passwords and Auto Sign-in
- Under View and manage saved passwords in your Google Account you can add, delete and edit your details
For Safari on your iPhone or iPad:
- Go to settings
- Select Passwords & Accounts
- On the right enable AutoFill Passwords
- Under Website & App Passwords you can add, delete and edit your details
It might also help you clear your browser's history and website data.
To do so please follow the instructions below:
For Google Chrome:
- Please go to the homepage using Google Chrome
- Click on the three dots on the top right corner next to the URL field
- Select Settings - Privacy
- Select Delete Browsing Data
- Select Delete
- Please refresh the homepage and login to your account - it should ask you to login twice - also tab Remember me on this device
For Safari:
- Please go to Settings
- Select Safari on the left (you need to scroll down a bit)
- Select Clear History and Website Data on the right bottom
- Now go to your home screen, tab Safari and go back to the homepage
- Please login to your account - it should ask you to login twice - also tab Remember me on this device
